Cancel an order

Yes. Order cancellation is available on certain terms. The Orders which not yet started the production will get full refund. Still 3% Gateway charges will be deducted from order value. The orders will already started production but not shipped, will have a 50% deduction from the order value and balance will be refunded. For the orders , which already shipped cannot be cancelled.
